Paul and Jenn and Baxter too

oh how I loved this session yesterday!! My very good friend Jenn and her husband Paul were in town for a wedding and asked me to take some pictures of them and their cute dog Baxter. Jenn and I go way way back and I loved getting to hang out with them yesterday. I think that's one of the best parts of being a photographer is getting to hang out with all these awesome people!
Also this was my first session with a dog and it went quite well, I just had to know the magic word. (treat). The fall colors were starting to show up where we went and it made for a beautiful backdrop. It doesn't hurt that they are probably the cutest couple ever! So just two for now but I will be adding more soon!

Simpson Family

Another beautiful family! This is my friend Cyrilla. We met at dance class and I was so excited to get to spend the afternoon with her and her awesome family.

Rodriguez Family Sneak Peak

These are some of my favorite and best friends ever! I was able to take their family pictures last weekend while I was visiting San Diego. We had so much fun running around out on Coronado Island. I sure do miss these guys! More to come soon!

christmas cards

Christmas is right around the corner so I thought I would put up some examples of Christmas cards I could make for you. Chad is senior this year at Central Catholic. He was so easy going and laid back for our session. It was awesome. He is seriously such a nice young man. I had a great time and got to try out a few new locations. Here is just a sneak peek for the family. More to come soon....

Penelope

Prepare to be in awe of this adorable baby girl. I am in love with this cutie and had such a great time take her pictures. Her mom is one of my really good friends so it was really fun to capture this special new time for her. Penelope was just 6 days old if I remember correctly. She sure didn't want to sleep for us at first but we were able to get some great shots. I am in love with my new yellow flower pillow. I had to try it out with this sweet girl.

I also couldn't decide if I liked this first one better in color or black and white so I'm posting both. Thanks again Mel for letting me take these pictures! Love you guys!
